Multiple people and organizations will need access to your management solution - including your team, other members of your company, customers and prospects. You need a solution that provides access to all of them while allowing you complete control over the information they can access and the actions they can perform. You need what Dell calls a multi-tenant model.

Dell has architected its product from the ground up to support the multi-tenant model. We have introduced an innovative mechanism called management domains to allow you to physically partition data. These partitions ensure each customer's data is physically separated from each other. You can further refine access to information through groups and our advanced access control.

Our multi-tenant model also allows the delegation of responsibilities. You can choose to centralize or distribute responsibility to manage or administrate within our product. For example, you can allow specific customers to setup and manage some policies, but not allow them to make changes to or even see other policies.
