Operations Training

Dell Remote Monitoring Operations Training is recommended for the business operations and technical people responsible for the sales, implementation, and rollout of managed services.

This two-day course teaches the essential concepts and skills required to plan a new customer installation and develop the operational policies and procedures to manage the delivery of services. In addition, technical pre-sales topics are covered to aid in the technical sales of managed services.

System Administration Training

Dell Remote Monitoring System Administration Training is recommended for system administrators.

This two-and-a-half-day System Administration course teaches the essential skills to effectively provision new customers, manage existing customers, manage customer assets and events, and produce reports to manage a customer's environment.
