CCM Calls Active Report

The CCM Calls Active report enables you to track the rate at which your Cisco Call Manager servers are handling telephone calls, including such metrics as:

  • Average/Minimum/Maximum Calls Active

  • Average/Minimum/Maximum BRI/PRI Channel Usage

  • Average/Minimum/Maximum Call Success Rate

  • And much more

  • Average/Minimum/Maximum Call Delay

 

 

The report enables you to determine if users are having problems connecting to the servers or if the servers’ performance needs to be improved.

The CCM Calls Active report contains the following information:

Field

Description

Management Domain

Displays the parent Management Domain’s name.

Name

Displays the Call Manager application’s discovered name.

Address

Displays the Call Manager server’s IP address. This field is hidden by default.

Type

Displays the Call Manager server’s Device Type. This field is hidden by default.

Discovered Name

Displays the Call Manager server’s discovered name.

OS

Displays the Call Manager server’s operating system. This field is hidden by default.

SIP Id

For internal use only. This field is hidden by default.

Date/Time

Displays the date and time over which the data was aggregated.

Avg Calls Active

Displays the average number of calls active during the reporting period.

Min Calls Active

Displays the minimum number of calls active during the reporting period. This field is hidden by default.

Max Calls Active

Displays the maximum number of calls active during the reporting period.

Avg Call Success Rate

Displays the average ratio of successful calls during the reporting period.

Min Call Success Rate

Displays the minimum ratio of successful calls during the reporting period. This field is hidden by default.

Max Call Success Rate

Displays the maximum ratio of successful calls during the reporting period. This field is hidden by default.

Avg CCM Heartbeat Rate

Displays the average Call Manager heartbeat rate during the reporting period.
