The Collection Failures report displays all collection failures for all managed assets, or all collection failures for a single managed asset.
This topic provides the following information about the Collection Failures report:
Contents - Descriptions of the fields that appear in the report.
Actions - Report actions enable you to perform operations on selected items in the report.
View Filters - Report filters enable you to determine which items you want displayed in a report and the granularity of the information, enabling you to create trended reports.

The Collection Failures report contains the following information:

ME Domain |
The name of the Managed Asset’s parent Management Domain. |

ME Name |
The Managed Asset’s name. |

ME Description |
A description of the Managed Asset, entered when the Managed Asset was added or edited. This field is hidden by default. |

ME Parent |
The name of the Managed Asset’s parent Managed Asset. Only available if the Managed Asset is contained by another Managed Asset. This field is hidden by default. |

For internal use only. This field is hidden by default. |

Collection Type |
The type of data collected. |
|
Current State |
Indicates the current state of data collection for that type. |

Failure Reason |
The failure category and failure message. |
|
First Failure |
The time that the failure first occurred. |

Last Failure |
The time that the failure last occurred. |
|
Last State Change |
The time that the state last changed. |
|
Number of Occurrences |
The number of times this failure has occurred. |
