You may wish to make objects visible or invisible to subdomains for any number of reasons, including:
Providing end user customers with information about how you are monitoring their environments
Enabling your customers to create Monitoring Policies referencing a Monitoring Policy Template you have created
Hiding global Monitoring Policies, Groups, Privilege Groups, etc., in higher-level Management Domains from users

You can make one or more objects visible or invisible in a single operation. |
This topic describes the following procedures:
Make Visible To Subdomains - Makes objects visible to users in lower level Management Domains.
Make Invisible To Subdomains - Makes objects invisible to users in lower level Management Domains.
Navigate to the object's home report (for example, the Groups report).
Ctrl-click to select the objects that you wish to make visible.
Select the More > Make Visible to Subdomains option.
The display refreshes to the objects' home report, and displays their new visibility statuses.
