Management Domains Report

The Management Domains report displays all current customer sites visible from your user account.

This topic provides the following information about the Management Domains report:

The Management Domains report contains the following information:

Field

Description

Clicking on this icon in the report displays the object's Infopage.

Name

The Management Domain’s name.

Id

For internal use only. This field is hidden by default.

Identifier

The Management Domain Identifier string.

Description

A description of the Management Domain, up to a maximum of 1024 characters. This field is hidden by default.

Local?

Indicates if the Management Domain is local or remote.

Primary

Indicates if the Management Domain is the Service Providers top-level customer (or “home”) Management Domain. This field is hidden by default.

Auto Update

Indicates the Management Domain’s Auto Update status.

Proxy Status

Indicates the Up/Down status of the SilverStreak monitoring the Management Domain.

Managed

Indicates the managed status of the Management Domain. This field is hidden by default.

Effectively Managed

Indicates that the Management Domain’s containment hierarchy (e.g., the parent Management Domain structure) has been configured as Managed.

Contact

Displays the name of the user configured as the Domain Contact for the Management Domain.

Alert Email Sender

Displays the email addresses configured as the From address for alert notification emails.

Report Email Sender

Displays the email addresses configured as the From address for Scheduled Reports emails.

SIP Id

For internal use only. This field is hidden by default.

Parent Id

For internal use only. This field is hidden by default.

Last SilverStreak Contact

Displays the last date and time there was communication between SilverStreak and SilverBack.

Last Reported SilverStreak Version

The last version of SilverStreak software that was downloaded. It might newer then the current version. This indicates that the current software is out of date and the SilverStreak should be updated.

Path

Indicates the hierarchy path to the Management Domain.

Branded

Indicates whether or not the Management Domain is co-branded. Includes a hypertext link to the Management Domain’s login screen. This field is hidden by default.
