The Scheduled Reports report displays the current Scheduled Reports, if any, visible from your user account.
This topic provides the following information about the Scheduled Reports report:
Content - Descriptions of the fields that appear in the report.
Actions - Report actions enable you to perform operations on selected items in the report.
View Filters - Report filters enable you to determine which items you want displayed in a report and the granularity of the information, enabling you to create trended reports. See Produce Performance Graphs for more information.

Management Domain |
Displays the Management Domain name. |

Policy Container |
Indicates the Monitoring Policy or Monitoring Policy Template that contains the Scheduled Report. |

Indicates configuration information about the Scheduled Report. See Scheduled Reports Icons. |

Name |
Displays the name that was assigned to the Scheduled Report. |
|
# Targets |
Displays the number of objects the Scheduled Report targets. |

Report |
Indicates the category of the Scheduled Report. |

Type |
Indicates if the Scheduled Report is an Aggregate (all information in all Management Domain contained in one report) or Aggregate - One Per Domain (separate reports for each Management Domain) report. |

Description |
Displays the Scheduled Report’s description, up to a maximum of 1024 characters. |

Format |
Indicates if the Scheduled Report is in HTML, PDF, CSV or TSV format. |

User Prefs |
Indicates the user whose view preferences are used for the Scheduled Report. |
|
Period/Frequency |
Indicates the frequency with which the Scheduled Report is run (e.g., Monthly, Weekly, etc.). |

Granularity |
In trended reports, indicates the specific granularity of performance statistics. The default view is hourly averages. If you want trended information about a specific item, you can select the item and then select the granularity you want. The options include:

Enabled |
Indicates the Scheduled Report’s Enabled or Disabled status. This field is hidden by default. |

Effectively Enabled |
Indicates the Scheduled Report’s Enabled or Disabled status. |
|
Visible |
Indicates if the Scheduled Report is visible to subdomains. This field is hidden by default. |
|
MPT |
Indicates the name of the Monitoring Policy Template that contains the Scheduled Report. This field is hidden by default. |

Email Delivery |
Indicates if the Scheduled Report will be delivered via email in a Scheduled Report Package. This field is hidden by default. Possible values include:

Last Run Time |
Indicates the date and time when the Scheduled Report was last run. |
|
Last Run Status |
Indicates if the Scheduled Report was successful or failed at the last run time. Possible status values include:

Last Run Count |
The number of Scheduled Reports run at the last run time. |
|
Current Run Count |
The number of Scheduled Reports currently running but not completed. |

Next Run Count |
The number of Scheduled Reports scheduled to run at the next run time. |

Container |
Indicates the Management Domain hierarchy in which this Scheduled Report resides. |

Domain Id |

Path |
Indicates the hierarchy path to the Scheduled Report. This field is hidden by default. |
