The Table of Contents enables you to quickly explore the help system, and to navigate to topics and subtopics of interest. |

The Index helps you locate topics containing particular terms or phrases about which you may need more information. |

You can use the search function to perform full-text queries. All topics that contain your search criteria will be displayed as hits. |

The Glossary provides definitions for terms used in the industry and in the SilverBack Managed Services Platform. |

Located in the left-hand frame's toolbar, navigation buttons move you forward and backward within the online help. You can also use your web browser's Back and Forward toolbar buttons. |

Hotspots appear as green italicized text. When you click on them, a short explanation of a term or concept is displayed in red italicized text beneath the current paragraph. Clicking again will collapse the hotspot.

Displayed as blue underscored text, hypertext links redirect the display to another section or topic in the online help, or to a website. |

Text from which popups are launched appears as blue underscored text. On popup-enabled graphics, the cursor will change to a pointed finger upon mouse-over, like on the OK button below. Clicking inside the popup will close it. |
