$10 Million Service Providers Honored by SilverBack Technologies

800-lb. Gorilla Award Recognizes Service Providers that have Earned $10M in Services

 

Billerica, Mass. (May 12, 2006) SilverBack® Technologies, Inc., the industry’s leading provider of service delivery platforms that allow IT service providers to profitably enter the managed services business, today announced the winners of its annual 800-lb Gorilla Award. The award honors those SilverBack partners that have earned at least $10 million in revenues generated from providing monthly managed services for their respective customers. The Gorilla Awards were presented by SilverBack CEO Dan Phillips at the company’s annual user conference in Orlando, Florida. The award’s namesake relates to the company’s own name. A silverback gorilla is an adult male typically 12 years or older and the dominant leader of a troop.

 

More than 100 service organizations worldwide use SilverBack to conduct remote monitoring, alerting, remediation and automated management of network devices (or any device with an IP address) across any number of individual customers.
